Self catering apartment and bungalow information
• Prices are per apartment per week.
• Infants aged under 2 free of charge.
• In excess of 4 persons in an apartment a supplement of £100.00 per person per week.
• A deposit of 25% is required with all bookings. Balance one month prior to arrival.
• Please note that payments made are not refundable unless re-letting is achieved. We strongly recommend that you take out a General Holiday Insurance which will cover you against loss for circumstances beyond your control..
• Payments accepted by Mastercard, Visa, or Online Bank Transfer (BACS)
• Tenancy starts at 2.00 p.m. and ends at 10.00 a.m.
• Any day changeover and any length stay (please note a stay less than 7 nights may be subject to a £100 surcharge).
• Well behaved pets from the UK only are welcome at an additional £100.00 per pet per week.

• The Vazon Bay Apartments and Bungalows are open all year round.
• All accommodation is centrally heated for bookings out of Summer Season.
